Terms of Service for Brewdict

These Terms cover your use of Brewdict ("the App"), made by Bitsblast GmbH ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to them.
What Brewdict Does
Brewdict translates a coffee order from your home country into the local equivalent at your destination, using a mix of curated data and community suggestions.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Coffee names and translations in the App are for general info only. Menus and customs vary by country, region, and café, so we can't guarantee a translation gets you exactly what you meant to order. Use it at your own discretion.
Suggestions You Submit
If you submit a coffee name or correction, don't include personal info. By submitting, you let us use, edit, and publish it in the App. We can accept, reject, or change any submission.
Please Don't
Submit abusive or misleading content, or try to disrupt or abuse our servers.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is," with no guarantee it'll be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages from using the App, including ordering the wrong drink. The App is free, so our liability to you is limited to zero.
Ownership
The Brewdict name, logo, and app content (not counting your submissions) belong to Bitsblast GmbH.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
Severability
If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
We might update the App or these Terms as things evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
